Management team
The Board has appointed Tilstone Partners Limited to provide day‑to-day management advisory services to the Group.
After identifying opportunities within the warehouse sector, the focus moved in August 2013 to create the Tilstone Property Portfolio, which the Company acquired as its seed portfolio as part of the September 2017 IPO. As Managing Director of Tilstone, Andrew takes overall responsibility for strategy, direction and business performance.
Prior to founding Tilstone, in 1994, Andrew was appointed property director to the board of Barlows plc, a north-west focused commercial property company with a listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. He was subsequently part of a consortium that took the company private in 2001. The business created a separate asset management company through which Andrew served on the investment committee of Westbury plc, a quoted property fund (2002-2007). Andrew has also served as a non-executive director of Dee Valley Group plc, at that time, a London Stock Exchange quoted water utility company.
Connor joined the Warehouse REIT team as a Data Analyst supporting both the finance and property teams, by the development and maintenance of its property database and assisting with financial analysis. He is now based at our central London office and reports to our Investment Director, Paul Makin
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years experience in accounting, reporting and financial planning and control.
Adrian was the audit manager for a mid-tier accounting firm for seven years in Australia before moving to the UK.
After gaining experience in a NYSE listed gaming business and in a private equity firm investing in property in Angola, Adrian joined CLS Holdings a FTSE 250 business with a portfolio of over £2bn in the UK, Germany and France. Adrian was responsible for the Financial Control of the UK, before heading up the Group’s Financial Planning and Analysis department.
Adrian has strong technical and analytical skills whilst applying commercial understanding to complex financial transactions.

Having started his career at Workman, Scott moved to Ashtenne where he became a Regional Head of Asset Management, based at their London head office, with responsibility for their South East portfolio. After leaving Ashtenne in 2013, Scott set up a niche Industrial Asset Management business, 4Corners IAM, managing industrial properties for institutional and private clients.
Scott is a Regional Director overseeing the asset management of property across the North of England and Scotland and also takes the direct lead on some key value-enhancing development opportunities. Scott reports to Paul Makin (Investment Director, works closely with the senior management team to maximise returns for the portfolio and enhancing engagement with our occupier base.
Angela worked for a national utility company within the customer care department before joining the property industry, working for 2 firms of real estate consultants, joining Tilstone in 2011.
As well as providing high-level support to Andrew, Angela also supports the other senior management within the organisation from finance to investment opportunities.
As part of the management team of Axiom Consulting Limited, Peter was involved in a management buyout from Aon Limited, funded by private equity, and later its trade sale to Charles Taylor plc. He was also part of the team at Kane Group Limited which undertook the private equity-backed acquisition of HSBC Insurance Services Limited. Peter is also a founder of RPL Investments Limited, a company which specialises in assisting with raising funds for small businesses as well as advising on corporate strategy.

Enthused by site research and location planning he spent a year working in the Market Development team appraising new store locations across London. Greg secured a place in the real estate team to pursue a property career and asset manage Asda’s retail, land and investment portfolio across the North West, Yorkshire & East Midlands whilst undertaking his APC and studying for his MSc in Real Estate and Property Management.
Greg was most recently at CEG managing part of the Northern portfolio comprising 1.3 million square foot of industrial, offices, retail, leisure and development land delivering strategic asset management, property management and value-add initiatives for the national Swedish pension fund AP1-AP4 covering assets valued at c. £120m. Joining Tilstone in April 2019, Greg is based at our North West office in Chester and reports to Investment Director, Paul Makin.
Following university, Gary started his career and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at international property consultants King Sturge LLP, now part of JLL, where during the majority of his eight years he held a UK-wide property management role supervising regional teams of staff and reporting directly to institutional clients.
At Tilstone Gary is based in London, reporting to investment director Paul Makin and leverages his national network and expertise to improve income and value across a diversified portfolio of multi-let UK urban warehouses.

Paul expanded his horizons with a senior investment asset management role at Moorfield Group Limited, a real estate private equity company. There he took a key role in the purchase and asset management of projects such as the UK Logistics Fund, in a joint venture with SEGRO plc.
Daniel is responsible for the delivery of Warehouse REIT’s new build developments and advises on all aspects of construction. Specific areas include all design, legal and regulatory, compliance, contractual and construction matters. Daniel also oversees all Warehouse REIT’s refurbishment projects. Sustainability features strongly in all the projects.
Prior to joining Tilstone, Daniel previously worked for Chancerygate where he was responsible for all aspects of the development process. This included undertaking initial due diligence on new land prior to acquisition, through to the delivery of new build industrial projects. During his time at Chanceryagte Daniel was involved with numerous high profile complex development projects.
Beth joined the team in 2018 following 9 years in the legal sector specialising in real estate where she qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
As well as providing high-level executive support to Paul, Beth manages our internal due diligence process for new investment acquisitions.

Evie has a degree in International Business from Loughborough University, and worked in London for a year in digital marketing, before going on to complete a Masters degree in Real Estate.
Evie worked at JLL in Birmingham for 3 years, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2020. At JLL, Evie gained experience across a variety of property types and disciplines, including Lease Advisory, Agency, Valuation and Capital Markets. Notably, Evie managed the lease events of a large financial institution across their properties in the Midlands region, as well as working as a Letting Agent on major developments and representing national occupiers in finding new commercial space.
At Tilstone, Evie is an Asset Manager, based in Banbury, dealing with properties predominantly in the Midlands region.
Pam has had a highly successful career across a number of sectors. For 10 years she worked as the Financial Controller for a property development and investment company focused on the UK market, but with a number of domestic and overseas funding partners. More recently, Pam has worked at Group Financial Controller level in the Oil / Gas and Renewable Energy sector, identifying weaknesses in the financial systems, and implementing solutions.
As a Chartered Accountant, Pam has solid technical skills as well as a strong commercial acumen. She has in-depth experience in the real estate sector.
Alex started his property career at Aston Rose, a central London firm of Chartered Surveyors. His roles in the commercial property management team included professional and agency work such as lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews before working on several high value industrial and logistics transactions in the property investment team. Alex obtained his Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ accreditation in October 2016.
Alex joined Tilstone Partners in July 2018 as an asset manager and his portfolio has since grown in scope and value to include a wide variety of single and multi-let assets across the Southern regions of England and Wales. In addition to his day-to-day role, Alex has increasingly been involved in new acquisition work as well as selling a number of non-core assets.
Alex utilises his understanding of the industrial and logistics sector and combines it with his relationships with occupiers and fellow industry professionals to create new opportunities and deliver results. A keen networker, Alex served on the organizing committee for the UK property industry’s largest ski networking event; PropSki.
